We are passionate aquarists dedicated to providing healthy, high-quality freshwater fish and vibrant aquatic plants. Every fish and plant we offer is raised at our in-house facility for quality control, strong health, and a smoother transition into your home aquarium.

We carefully package healthy livestock and plants so they arrive ready for your aquascape.
- Livestock quality: Raised from birth in-house.
- Live arrival guarantee: Livestock and aquatic plants are guaranteed to arrive alive and in viable condition.
Dead-on-arrival & plant-melt claims
Livestock: For a dead-on-arrival delivery, email a clear photo or video of the fish inside the unopened original sealed bag within 4 hours of carrier delivery.
Plants: Some species, including Cryptocoryne, stem plants, and tissue cultures, may have minor leaf loss or temporary melt as they adjust to new water parameters. If a plant arrives dead, completely rotted, or unviable, send a clear photo inside the unopened original packaging within 8 hours of delivery.
Approved claims receive store credit or a replacement item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
SHIPPING & WEATHER POLICY
A safer trip for every shipment.
We prioritize the health and safety of our live species during transit.
- Shipping schedule: Live orders ship Mondays and Tuesdays to reduce the chance of packages sitting in carrier warehouses over the weekend.
- Weather-protected packaging: Shipments include insulated boxes and temperature-control packs as conditions require.
- Weather delays: Orders may be briefly delayed when extreme weather creates a serious risk along the transit route.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Clear, careful resolutions.
Because live aquatic species require strict biosecurity and delicate water conditions, live animals and plants cannot be physically returned.
- Livestock & plants: Approved dead-on-arrival or unviable claims qualify for store credit or replacement items.
- Dry goods: Unopened aquascaping supplies and equipment may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The customer covers return shipping.
